During her career, Kathy has provided sophisticated rate and financial projections for the workers’ compensation programs of many of the largest public employers in Ohio, including Canton City Schools, Cincinnati Board of Education, Columbus Public Schools, City of Dayton, City of Delaware, City of Eastlake, City of Warren, Montgomery County, Summit County, and Jefferson County. Many of these employers have been enrolled in Ohio’s retrospective rating program and also considered self-insurance with Kathy’s assistance.
